The card would be in the list for the sole purpose of tutoring out some of my 3 cmc combo or utility cards. However! I am building a UG combo deck that has a lot of important, but not crucial, support pieces at 3 cmc. Not exactly a stellar player in commander. Yea, it takes you from Thragtusk to GG without summoning sickness, but having to pay 1GG for Eternal Witness and UUUGGG for Neoform 3 times to do that is an absolute joke. This card is rather mediocre on its own. And if that sounds ridiculous in Commander, its going to be absolutely unplayable in any other format. Or maybe you're talking about Commander? In which case any deck that plans to win with the Protean Hulk combo has much more efficient ways of assembling it in UG than having to spend 1UUUGGGGG on the 5 drop + Neoform + Eternal Witness chain. Also, you'll need redundant pieces of these jank combo pieces because if you draw any of them your entire 10 mana, turn 6 combo becomes useless. You're also looking at playing cards like Mnemonic Wall, Archaeomancer, Body Double, Hulk, and a bunch of cards that are barely castable, and even if you cast them, they don't really do much because it's a creature deck and Mnemonic Wall/Archaeomancer are mostly useless. You're looking at a turn 6 combo at best, that involves not interacting with your opponent at all since all your mana is spent on Neoform every turn, and your opponent not interacting with you at all since you need your creatures to survive each turn and any discard spell ruins your chain. I assume you're talking about Modern here since Bolt is irrelevant in Commander. Mnemonic Wall being unboltable isnt relevant since your combo is reliant on an Eternal Witness and Archaeomancer, both of which are boltable. T6: Sacrifice Protean Hulk, getting 6 CMC of creatures for a body double combo, use Neoform to get Craterhoof if you don't want to combo, you can get basically anything at this point in time. Find Protean Hulk with Neoform, putting it into play. Sacrifice Greenwarden, returning Eternal Witness. T5: Sacrifice Mnemonic Wall for ], returning Neoform. Sacrifice Archaeomancer immediately, get ] (Unboltable, compared to ]), returning Neoform. T4: Sacrifice Eternal Witness for ], return Neoform. If you get Neoform later in the game, you can chain all the way to the end immediately, you just need 2 more mana for each new cast. But if you also drop a land each turn, you can activate 2 or 3 times in one turn. You need at least 3 mana by the final turn for this, which means you can only cast one spell per turn. Upscale AI, Supersharp AI, Focus Stacking, Background Removal AI, Noiseless AI, and HDR Merge are the latest extensions, and I like the strategy of not forcing everyone to install lots of features they may not use. The company continues to improve the program's user interface and performance, as well. Luminar is available directly from Skylum's site for $149 (often discounted), with no subscription required. For example, AD neuropathological changes are frequently seen together with LB pathology 3, but it is unclear how this affects clinical phenotypes, especially regarding longitudinal trajectories of different cognitive and motor functions in different clinical disease stages. Cognitive impairment due to neurodegenerative diseases is often multifactorial and co-pathologies may contribute to the clinical phenotype, disease progression and response to treatment. The second most common proteinopathy in dementias is LB pathology, which is characterized by intracellular aggregates of misfolded α-synuclein (α-syn) forming LBs and Lewy dystrophic neurites that can manifest as both dementia with LB (DLB) and Parkinson’s disease (PD), collectively referred to as Lewy body disease (LBD) 1, 2. Neurodegeneration is often characterized by accumulation of misfolded proteins, where the most common are amyloid-β (Aβ) and neurofibrillary tau pathology in AD, the leading cause of dementia worldwide. The development of biomarkers allowing the in vivo detection of the different neurodegenerative pathologies underlying cognitive or motor decline is a crucial step for a timely diagnosis, accurate prediction of disease progression and the stratification of patients for clinical trials 1. Neurodegenerative diseases are a leading health problem, given their devastating effects on quality of life, their high prevalence and the progressive global increase in life expectancy, which will increase their prevalence even more. LB status provides a better precision-medicine approach to predict clinical trajectories independent of AD biomarkers and a clinical diagnosis, which could have implications for the clinical management of cognitive impairment and the design of AD and LB drug trials. LB pathology was also associated with faster longitudinal decline in all examined cognitive functions, independent of amyloid-β, tau, cognitive stage and a baseline diagnosis of dementia with Lewy bodies/Parkinson’s disease. When examining independent cross-sectional effects, LB pathology but not amyloid-β or tau, was associated with hallucinations and worse attention/executive, visuospatial and motor function. Fifty-four percent had AD pathology in the whole sample (17% of mild cognitive impairment and 24% of patients with dementia were also LB-positive). Among these LB-positive patients, 48% had AD pathology. Twenty-three percent had LB pathology, of which only 21% fulfilled clinical criteria of Parkinson’s disease or dementia with Lewy bodies at baseline. Using a seed amplification assay, we analyzed cerebrospinal fluid for misfolded LB-associated α-synuclein in 883 memory clinic patients with mild cognitive impairment or dementia from the BioFINDER study. There is poor knowledge about the clinical effects of Lewy body (LB) pathology in patients with cognitive impairment, especially when coexisting with Alzheimer’s disease (AD) pathology (amyloid-β and tau). Featuring all functions essential to cinematography, these lenses keep weight and size to a minimum, while their specification is optimized for enhanced durability. Leveraging the high-precision, high-efficiency mass production technologies developed for its still camera lenses, SIGMA has made extremely lightweight and compact cine lenses a reality. These lenses are therefore ready for higher-resolution shooting and are ideal for chroma keying as well. The lineup features the same optical system that delivers 50-megapixel or higher resolution in still photography. Standardized color balance makes color correction a snap. The benefit of these efforts can now be enjoyed in cine lenses as well.Ĭolor balance standardized across the lineupĪll of the lenses in the lineup are designed to comply with SIGMA's CCI standard. To fulfill the high demands for image quality in still photography, SIGMA has solved a wide range of issues. Sharpness combined with outstanding bokeh effect Ghosting has also been checked at every prototype stage, with its causes identified, assessed, and eliminated. Thanks to the ultra-high resolution sensors, high- performance shooting is assured.Ĭomputer-based ray tracing has been used from the design stage onward to minimize flare and ghosting and enhance contrast in backlit conditions. Each and every lens is checked before shipping. Even previously undetectable high-frequency details are now within the scope of their quality control inspections. SIGMA has developed their own A1 proprietary Modulation Transfer Function (MTF) measuring system using 46-megapixel Foveon direct image sensors. SIGMA lenses are born of outstanding design concepts and excellent manufacturing technology, but they are not complete until they undergo their uncompromising lens performance evaluation. There are three requirements for outstanding lenses: Fine design, precise manufacturing and inspection that ensures compliance with all specifications. Each lens is manufactured and inspected in the Sigma factory located in Aizu, Japan. They also include a manual linear iris control and electronic mounts that provide vital camera metadata. The CINE lens design features standardized essentials such as an 82mm front for ND filters and a 95mm front diameter for matte box use and standard gear positions for accessories like follow focus. It touts a long focus rotation of 180 degrees and is guided by cams for smooth operation and accuracy. These lenses bring a consistent level of light to the production and offer greater consistency with regards to the film's look and color/contrast before it enters 180 Degree focus Resolution matching up to Standardized essentials: Gear Position, 95mm Front DiameterĮach CINE lens model is weatherproof and has luminous paint markings to aid in changing and operating the lens in the dark. With the five prime lenses from FF High Speed Prime Line, there is no need to change the lighting to shoot a variety of cuts. They are compatible with full-frame sensors and, while being more compact, can offer superior resolution than other high-end prime sets do. The lineup ranges from 20mm to 85mm, and all five lenses are T1.5. SIGMA has developed its own production system by establishing the required technology for mass production of high-performance lenses for ultra-mega-pixel shooting. In the world of digital film production, there is an increasing demand for higher resolution, and SIGMA's new lineup of high-performance lenses is compatible with the latest, high-resolution digital cinema cameras. However, the histogram distribution of a well-exposed image will vary greatly depending on the subject.SIGMA CORPORATION has entered into the cinema lens market with the release of its SIGMA CINE LENSES, designed specifically for cinematography. A histogram with a fairly even distribution of pixel values usually indicates that the image is well exposed, with good contrast. When the histogram runs off the right side, the image will have many white pixels-either because the image is overexposed or because it is a bright scene such as the beach or snow. When the histogram is higher on the left side, the image is mostly composed of dark pixels, causing it to appear dark-either because the image is underexposed or because it is a dark scene such as night shot or sunset. By examining the histogram you can gauge the over-all exposure of an image. The vertical axis shows the proportion of pixels at each level of brightness. The horizontal axis shows the brightness level (from 0 to 255), with darker pixels towards the left side and brighter pixels toward the right. A histogram is a graph depicting the distribution of brightness values in the image. 283 … Eight players have made four appearances on the mound while Evan Esch, Kolby Gartner, and Jacob Mrosko each have made three starts … Nolan Kemp will make his fifth appearance of the season and second start on Tuesday … The freshman right-hander has a 2.08 ERA and record of 0-1 after being credited the 10-1 loss against Iowa (March 15) … 282 batting average on 11 hits while Marsh leads with three extra-base hits … The Tommies have a 7.15 team ERA allowing 7.8 runs a game with opponents hitting. 201/.263/.244 with 10 doubles, one triple and two home runs from Tanner Marsh and Joe Vos, averaging 2.2 runs on 6.5 hits per game … Max Moris leads the starting lineup with a. Everything we have seen, he says, needs just one thing – the planet to stop warming. Sir David came late to explicit advocacy on environmental issues, but every programme for the last few years has delivered starker warnings and this is topped and tailed by the starkest yet. About global warming (the Arctic is heating up twice as fast as the rest of the world), the melting ice (the summer floes polar bears depend on could be gone by 2035 and the ice being lost in Greenland alone is responsible for a quarter of the rise in global sea levels), the suffering ecosystems, the dying oceans and all the terrible rest of it. The rest is noise, and confectionery.Īt the end of the nearly-hour, after marvelling at the musk ox – “relics from the last ice age” – and the grizzly bears and the beluga whales, we get the facts. Photograph: BBC StudiosĪt the same time, the adult within weepingly acknowledges that, for all the stuff we have, for all the cities we’ve built, for all the art we’ve produced and the flavours of KitKat we’ve invented, we are all at heart no different from the hooded seal as he inflates his nose to attract a mate (and the red balloon in his left nostril, for that special lady) or polar bears dragging them to their doom to fill an empty belly. Perfect predator … A Siberian tiger roams the forest. Your eyes widen involuntarily as the scenes of howling gales, frozen peaks and troughs, and the animals wrenching a life from them sweep past. You cannot stay unengaged, you cannot remain unmoved by the sight of nature in all her glory, or unawed by the sight of creatures honed by countless years of evolution to survive the apparently unsurvivable. This latest offering from the crack team and Sir David accomplishes its goal as effectively as ever it makes us, in the best way, children again.
