![]() I tried the ego/toughness version of this with a farmer background but died pretty quickly to a legendary snapjaw. ironshank can be contracted by drinking, cooking with, or falling into black ooze on even strata, including the ground floor (strata 0, 2, 4, etc). And on top of that, I don't know if I should push Ego for my offensive mutations or make a more physical character. I happen to be playing a character that has no need for weapons, so I figured getting Mumble Mouth on both my hands wouldnt be a bad idea, but then I noticed the wiki mentions hands can hold anything. ironshank is an illness that is diagnosed by the initial feeling of stiff legs and aching joints, and the leg bones will have increased growth and calcification, severely restricting movement. Photosynthetic Skin just seems really bad seeing as most of the game is spent underground. Possibly Light Manipulation to kill with the power of chlorophyllīut I don't think these actually work together to make a very effective character. Photosynthetic Skin for stronger plant-man roleplayingĮither corrosive or sleep gas generation (I'm thinking of them more as fungal spores) Mutations I think fit well with the plant theme are: I get the marking first, but then how do I make the next shot suppressive fire, instead of just a normal shot. If I remember correctly, it works something like: (Turn 1) Mark Target, (Turn 2) Suppressive Fire. I've recently been really interested in Burgeoning and want to make a solid plant build around it, but I don't really know what other mutations and stat spreads to take. For most of them you have to mark your target first, and then you will be able to use the more expensive skills. ![]()
